Ross Manson is part of our client-dedicated helpdesk team, solving a plethora of IT issues every day. His favourite vegetable is the sweet potato.

Ross LargeRoss got into IT as part of the Sheffield Fastrack to Information Technology programme and spent time working in the Northern General Hospital whilst training in networking. He has since spent time working in incident management, cabling support, IP telephony and as a systems analyst for companies such as BT and HSBC.

He enjoys the problem-solving element of IT, and loves looking at a problem from multiple angles to tackle it in the best way possible.
