Pete Casson BSc (Hons) MBCS MCP MCTS is in charge of the support team for businesses. He has four years of experience in IT and studied at Sheffield Hallam. Not many people know that Pete used to play volleyball for England

When Pete was six years old he was fixing the BBC and Acorn computers in his primary school. This should give you an idea of how much Pete loves all things technical, and his passion has continued to grow, especially with the introduction of mobile and web-based technologies.

Having grown up in Devon, Pete's first job was as a specialist in so-called "thin client" technology (ask him what this means!) This gave him experience installing networks all over the country, and he discovered that he loved interacting with and helping customers just as much as he loved IT.

When he's not knee-deep in technology you'll find Pete playing tennis or volleyball, or writing apps for the iPhone and iPad.

Interesting facts

• Pete has played volleyball for England
• Whilst working as a software developer for McLaren Racing he had lunch with Lewis Hamilton
• Pete once ran the London Marathon without any training. He wouldn't recommend it.
