Francesca Molinari is in charge of finance and will be your main contact for invoicing and queries.  She's currently studying for her AAT and, excitingly, comes from a long line of ice-cream makers, Molinari's Ices.

Fran joined Resolve IT in 2010, having worked as a finance assistant in Calver. She now heads up our accounts department, and will be your first port of call for all things finance-related.

Outside of work, Fran loves to cook, is an avid walker and jazz-listener, and enjoys a good read. She's also studying for her AAT level 2, which will take her one step closer to being a fully qualified accountant.

Interesting facts

• Fran loves languages and can speak Italian and French, as well as some German and Spanish
• Her favourite animals are giraffes, and she is mildly obsessed with the iPhone app "Tiny Zoo"
