Dave Stout is our Helpdesk Coordinator. He has an MA from the University of Manchester and loves drumming, cars and cooking. He also once tried to found National Tea Bag Day (July 24th) and was given 16,000 tea bags by a leading tea company.

Dave internalDave joined us in January 2012, having recently completed his masters. Dave's role is to keep the Helpdesk running smoothly and ensure that technical problems are solved as quickly as possible.

Dave grew up in Manchester where he also attended university, and his many passions include watching football, playing drums in his band, and designing on his Mac. As if that weren't enough, he also loves cooking up new delicacies in the kitchen. His recent experiments include homemade brown sauce (lots of rhubarb apparently), paté and mustard, and he intends to turn his outhouse into a room for smoking meats and cheeses.

When he's not compiling reports on the Helpdesk statistics, assigning tickets and managing workflows, Dave can be found volunteering at his church and watching compellingly terrible crime dramas.
