Chris Chambers BSc (Hons) is part of our Business Team. Having discovered IT whilst programming games for the ZX Spectrum, he went on to study Computing Networks at Sheffield Hallam University, and has worked in IT for five years.
Chris's introduction to IT was the hours he spent programming games on the ZX Spectrum. Buying monthly Spectrum magazines, he would painstakingly copy the lines of code printed in the magazine to create the latest must-have game. Typos meant that they tended not to work.
He was later encouraged in his IT interest by his older brother, who tried (with limited success) to build his own computer. Chis ended up repairing all the inevitable faults, and a career in IT was born.
Despite his baptism of fire, Chris developed a strong love for IT, and a real knack for fixing things. Having studied Computing Networks at Sheffield Hallam University, he has spent the last 5 years working in IT, joining Resolve IT in December 2011.

Outside of work Chris loves spending time with his young family and going to the gym.
Interesting facts
- Throughout university, Chris was part of the amateur DJ-ing scene in Sheffield, and has the enormous vinyl collection to prove it.
- Chris likes to spend time at the driving range, but claims he isn't very good. No one else is brave enough to challenge him.
