Ben Hall BSc (Hons) MCP MCTS is part of our helpdesk support team, predominantly supporting schools. He studied at Sheffield Hallam University and has been with Resolve IT since 2006. He enjoys a good burrito and a beer.
Since he first played Frogger on the Atari 2600, Ben has had a love for technology in general, and IT in particular. When he got a ZX Spectrum (which doubled as a computer as well as a games console) Ben spent a long time writing cheats to games he owned! In 1998 he refused the joys of a brand new Playstation in order to get his first proper PC, to give Ben his first taste of real computing.
After a few years spent deliberately breaking his computer just so he could fix it again, he went to Sheffield Hallam University where he continued in a similar vein.
Ben is now one of our Business Team engineers, in charge of Education, and he spends time fixing issues rather than causing them.
