Resolve Re-Awarded Gold
We are delighted to have been re-awarded the highest Microsoft Partner Level - "Gold Certified Partner" for 2009-2010. This is the second year in a row that we have been awarded this level of partnership with Microsoft, and we are understandably very pleased.
Gold Certified Partner is the highest level of partnership available with Microsoft, and is only awarded to companies that show the highest level of expertise with Microsoft products. It means that our key technical staff have passed a number of technical exams, and we have a number of Microsoft Certified Professionals working for us.
In addition, we must make sure that our customer service and out project delivery is up to scratch.
We will also continue to be a Microsoft Small Business Specialist, and an Authorised Education Reseller.
This puts us in a unique position - we are one of the only IT support providers in Sheffield to have this level of partnership with Microsoft.
