E-mail Signatures in Outlook Express

17th March 2008 By Dan Zijlstra-Rutter

Fed up of having to write your name in your e-mail everytime you send one? There is an easier way, creating a signature saves time and makes all your e-mail footers standard.

Below is an illustrated guide on how to add signatures to your E-mails in Microsoft Outlook Express.

Select Tools and then select Options.

Select the Signatures tab.

Click New to create a new signature.

Make sure that Add signature to all outgoing messages is ticked and that Don't add signatures to Replies and Forwards is unticked. Input the text you require into the Edit Signature box, click Apply and then click OK.

As always, Resolve IT Solutions is here to help you with your IT. If you require any clarification on signatures, or have any queries about E-mail support in Sheffield, simply give us a call on 0845 8990099 or use the Contact Us page to drop us a line.
